Business Development Specialist
You will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing B2B partnerships with SMEs that regularly experience small-claim-type disputes. You will work directly with the founders to shape our sales strategy, improve our B2B offering, and scale revenue quickly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, target, and qualify SME and mid-market businesses with recurring dispute/litigation exposure (e.g., rentals, logistics, delivery, home services).
• Build and maintain a high-quality B2B sales pipeline across multiple industries.
• Deliver tailored product demos and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms aligned with CaseCraft.AI’s commercial model.
• Work closely with product and operations to refine our B2B offering and onboarding workflows.
• Represent CaseCraft.AI at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Track KPIs and maintain CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar).
• Provide regular revenue and pipeline reporting directly to the founders.
• Develop repeatable outreach playbooks and scaling frameworks for future sales hires.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Preferably SaaS, legal-tech, prop-tech, mobility, logistics, or fintech background.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence handling commercial discussions end-to-end.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and operate autonomously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset (ability to understand unit economics, pricing models, ROI).
• Experience building outbound sales campaigns (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email).
