CaseCraft.AI is a UK legal tech platform that uses AI to simplify small claims, guiding users through paperwork, procedures, and deadlines. Built with Sterling Law, it makes access to justice faster, clearer, and more affordable.
We are very excited to announce that CaseCraft.AI is now live. Built in the UK and powered by artificial intelligence, we are genuinely here to help people and businesses understand the small claims process clearly, quickly and confidently.
Claims, even the simplest of claims, such as unpaid invoices, withheld deposits or faulty goods, can be stressful, convoluted and scary. The small claims process is very procedural, with a minefield of potential pitfalls and mistakes that can be extremely costly. Many claimants represent themselves and end up losing cases, not because they were wrong, but simply because the landscape was intimidating, confusing and expensive.

This is what we are looking to change. CaseCraft.AI takes users through a guided solution step by step – filling in paperwork, checking procedure, tracking deadlines and checking that nothing goes awry. We have built it to be focused on early dispute resolution, to help users avoid going to court wherever possible and cut out the time and cost involved in traditional legal support.
Immediacy is pressing. The Justice Committee referred to the County Court system as “dysfunctional” and “failing to deliver” recently. Civil justice statistics provide evidence that small claims take, on average, nearly 50 weeks to get to trial, and higher value claims take even longer on average than 74 weeks. The Ministry of Justice also state there were over 1.73 million county court claims in 2024. The struggle for access to justice is burgeoning – and we believe that technology needs to be part of that solution.
For too long, taking a claim to court has been slow, expensive, and intimidating. The latest civil justice statistics show that small claims take an average of 49.8 weeks to reach trial – nearly a year of waiting. And while over 1.7 million claims were filed last year, many claimants lost out due to small mistakes in paperwork or missed deadlines.
CaseCraft.AI changes that.

Our platform harnesses the power of AI to guide you step by step through the small claims process: from preparing the correct forms to tracking deadlines and increasing your chances of settlement before court. No jargon. No hidden costs.
“Access to justice should not be out of reach,” said Mikhail Yatsuha, Co-founder of CaseCraft.AI. “We are excited to launch a platform that supports people who might otherwise walk away from enforcing their rights. CaseCraft.AI is solving a historic issue with modern technology.”
CaseCraft.AI has been developed in partnership with Sterling Law. Ruslan Kosarenko, Managing Partner at Sterling Law, added: “CaseCraft.AI is expertly and professionally backed and aligns perfectly with the Government’s objective to improve access to legal services.”
This launch is only the start for us. We want to democratise access to justice by equipping people to act with clarity, competence and confidence; unencumbered by the burden of upfront legal fees and without being lost in legal jargon.
We believe everyone should have a fair opportunity to enforce their rights, and we are delighted to be embarking on this journey to change how small claims are managed in the UK.
