We are delighted to share some fantastic news about CaseCraft AI’s evolution. The company has completed a funding round of £550,000 at a pre-money valuation of £3,000,000. Obviously, raising funds is a good thing, but what’s most incredible is that our funding supports our investors’ belief and confidence in the change we create for the UK legal system.
Excellent Partnership
With the commitment of £300,000 from pledged lead investor Mount Fund, they will have a very active role in the future of our mission and continued financial commitment to our venture. We’re also deeply grateful to all our investors for their trust, support, and belief in our mission. Their collective commitment empowers us to move forward with confidence as we prepare for launch and scale our impact across the UK legal space.
Why CaseCraft AI?
The legal system can feel inaccessible to many people when tackling small claims. CaseCraft AI was created to bridge that gap by providing a platform that streamlines the litigation process for all parties involved. Our goal is to improve and streamline workflows, assist people in resolving disputes early, and prepare the user to resolve the dispute without any need to go to court.
To provide some context, in the UK, the Small Claims Track is a simplified court process for disputes about claims of up to £10,000 (this limit is £1,000 for personal injury and housing disrepair claims). The most common claims are unpaid invoices, defective items, and disputes over tenancy deposits.
The Team Supporting the Vision
CaseCraft AI was founded by a multidisciplinary team with a passion for excellence:
- Michael Iatsukha and Ruslan Kosarenko, trained lawyers with a strong awareness of the legal landscape.
- Dmitry Bagrov, who is a software development expert, overseeing the software quality of our platform.
- Alexander Mints, who is a finance and investment specialist and he ensures that our operations are strong and scalable.
As Michael Iatsukha, Co-founder of CaseCraft AI, puts it:
“We are at a pivotal moment in the application of technology to professional services and consumer solutions. This is just the beginning of the value AI can unlock, helping users achieve more with fewer resources.”
What’s Next for Us?
We are so pumped up and ready to go with this funding to turn our vision into a reality. It is an exciting time to be developing our platform because we strongly believe we will affect change in the small claims process in the UK.
This is only the beginning. Follow us for regular updates as we see how far we can push the boundaries of AI in legal tech.
